Buonvino e l'omicidio dei ragazzi
Buonvino's new investigation, at the Villa Borghese police station, begins with a mysterious sound. Buonvino, while is celebrating with his companions the return of Ivano, the bartender, at his kiosk, hears something that worries him: it could be laughter, a cry, it could even be a cry for help. It's early morning, it's Saturday, Villa Borghese has just opened its doors, the commissioner sends his men to check, but they find nothing. Yet, the memory of that sound does not fade. So when they call him at dawn on Sundays because they found a girl, young, very young, sixteen or perhaps seventeen, hanging from the water clock of the Pincio, the commissioner knows, with the intuition that distinguishes him, that that cry, laughter or crying, was a premonition. Buonvino had no children and, in front of the girl's body, he understands that children belong to all of society and that the children's murderers must be found. In an investigation that spans from the heart of Rome to Centocelle, centered not in a geographical location but in a digital one, a universe of photographs, messages, and commentary, Walter Veltroni, moving between comedy and tragedy, takes us into the solitude of a generation: the young people who die.
