Crime in a Frame
Verena Rex, a provocative artist specializing in scarification, is found dead in the warehouse where she filmed her performances. Cause of death: a cut to the jugular vein. No one knows anything, no one saw anything; the victim’s computer and cell phone are missing. Was it an accident, or did Verena stage an “artistic” suicide? While the market value of her works skyrockets, a second murder complicates the case. Fortunately, however, Manrico Spinori has a formidable team to assist him in the investigation—one made up entirely of women.
