Giancarlo De Cataldo guest speaker at the “Saturday in the Village” event

The author of Romanzo criminale and Suburra guest at the review directed by Raffaele Gaetano.

The history of Italy is written in blood, and Giancarlo De Cataldo will trace it for us through some emblematic crimes that have marked the history of our country and return us to the changing epochs. Starting with the brutal massacre of Pier Paolo Pasolini, the writer will traverse for us decades of Italian mysteries, including events such as the bombing of the synagogue in Rome, the era of the armed struggle and the murder of Simonetta Cesaroni. It will be a tale of excellent victims, second-hand executioners, mysterious principals and all too real red herrings. All this, between personal memories, civil memory and a deep reflection on the collective obsessions of an entire country.
